After being disassembled to bare framework, all chassis tubes are stripped of paint, grease and rust, and repainted. #0844 had been converted from P 3/4 coupe to a CanAm spyder by the factory in 1967.

Our job was to return it to coupe form in preparation for historic racing. As much original bodywork as possible was retained including the center section, the doors, most of the nose, and the tail.
